If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link in the Login box.  You will be asked to enter your username. 

Usernames are in the format of firstname_lastname.  

Your password will be sent via email to the address on file.  If you do not immediatedly receive an auto-email with your password information, check your spam or trash folder within your email application.
